Why should I hire somebody else to decorate my own house?
You're hiring us so we can deal with the difficult aspects of the installation. Even on the best of days, climbing up a ladder multiple times, with an unwieldy bundle of lights and ornaments under your arm is unsafe and exhausting. Not only will we design every last inch of your home with you from the very beginning, but we’ll also run every cable, hang every wreath. ornament and more, while having it done quickly and safely. Our crew members are equipped with most reliable tools that let them walk across your roof without concern and without damaging a single shingle!
We take great care of our product, it sits safely in our climate-controlled warehouse, and the responsibility of its condition is entirely ours. Which is exactly what you want! We're more than sufficiently equipped to keep your holiday items in pristine condition, and we handle any issues that may crop up with them, well before you even have the chance to notice!
How do you store the decorations?
Are these lights insured? What do your warranties look like?
Every last bulb is covered by us until the end of your commitment plan. No fuss, no muss, we’ll be at your home as soon as possible to freely replace any dead lights, rehang fallen wreathes, or any other issue that may arise.
*Do note, we do not come to turn your lights’ power back on in the case of inclement weather shorting out any outdoor connections. We are happy to teach you responsible power management and to show you how to turn your breaker back on in the event of an electrical short.
